Public Holiday and Weekend Mysore: 7:30 to 9:30 am
Friday LED Class: Begins at 7:15 am, please be prompt
* Please reserve the day before (by 2pm) if you intend to begin your practice between 6 and 6:45 am. Otherwise, we will arrive at the Westin at 6:45 am, and be teaching until 9:30 am.
